摘要
以甜高粱汁为原料发酵生产乙醇,考察了甜高粱汁在不同发酵方式下的发酵效果。试验结果表明:通过流加方式进行发酵可获得14.2%vol乙醇的成熟醪,该方式发酵效果最佳。同时介绍了甜高粱汁用于生产乙醇的背景、方法、优势以及工业化过程中面临的问题。
Taking sweet sorghum juice as raw material under fermentation to produce ethanol,effects of different fermentation ways were observed.The results showed that by the way of flow fermentation 14.2 %vol ethanol mature mash can be obtained,which was the optimal method.This paper also introduced the background,methods,advantages and problems in sweet sorghum juice used in industrialization producing ethanol.
