摘要 将有机酸蒙囿铝配合物鞣剂(HET)用于少铬鞣制工艺中,采用正交试验的方法对铬铝结合鞣制、鞣剂的用量及鞣革工艺条件进行系统考察。从坯革的收缩温度、废鞣液铬含量和坯革物理性能等方面,分析各因素对铬铝结合鞣的影响。结果表明:HET的用量对废鞣液铬含量影响效果明显;采用最佳铬铝结合鞣工艺可节约铬鞣剂44%,废鞣液中铬含量在500mg/L以下。鞣制的革坯柔软丰满,经复鞣加脂后,革身柔软丰满有弹性;其抗张强度和撕裂强度满足鞋面革要求;成革中六价铬小于3.0mg/kg。 The application of organic acid masked aluminum(Ⅲ) complexes tanning agent(HET)in less chrome tanning was investigated. This orthogonal experiment systematically inspected the dosage of chrome tanning agent and aluminum tanning agent, and tanning parameter. The effect of factors including the shrinkage temperature, chrome tanning effluent and the physical properties of the crust, etc on the properties of resultant leather was analyzed. The result indicates that the dosage of HET has strong effect the chrome tanning effluent. The optimal process could save the dosage of chrome tanning agent 44%. The content of chrome in tanning effluent is below 500mg/L. The crust is soft. After the optimum retanning and fatliquoring, the leather obtained is full, soft and resilient. And the tensile strength and tear strength of the leather could meet the standard of upper leather. The formation of Cr(Ⅵ) in leather is less than 3.0mg/kg.
