天津市生态宜居城市建设指标与评价研究

Tianjin Ecological Livable City Construction Index and Evaluation Research

近年来,城市问题层出不穷,建设生态宜居城市,给人类营造健康、舒适的生存环境,符合科学发展观,对人类发展具有重大意义。生态宜居城市评价指标体系各项指标和指标参考值对生态宜居城市的建设方向和发展趋势都具有引导作用。本文综合考虑定量指标与定性指标,从城市经济、文化教育、基础设施、生态环境和社会保障五个方面,构建天津市生态宜居城市指标体系,用主成分分析法进行城市生态宜居程度综合评价,最后认为天津市生态宜居城市建设整体处于较高水平,以后发展过程中更应注意基础设施、文化教育方面,并保持经济发展势头。

In recent years,there are more and more urban problems.The construction of ecological livable city,and to create a healthy and comfortable living environment,is of great significance.Each index and index reference of ecological livable cities evaluation index system plays a guiding role for ecological livable city construction direction and development trend.This paper considers synthetically quantitative index and qualitative index,chooses the city's economy,culture,education,infrastructure,ecological environment and social security as five aspects to build Tianjin ecological livable city index system.Using principal component analysis of urban ecological livable level comprehensive evaluation,the paper finds that Tianjin ecological livable city construction overall is at a higher level.In the later process of the development,more attention should be paid to cultural education and infrastructure,and maintain the momentum of economic development.
