摘要
本文通过对典型环境信访事件的分析,针对开展的信访工作,从企业、公众、社会以及工作人员本身分析需要注意和协调的事情,提高人员素质,更好,更科学的解决环境信访事件,从而使整个环境信访工作更好的适应新形势和科学发展观的要求。
Based on the analysis of events of typical environmental petition,the paper analyzes how to better carry out environmental petition work from the sides of firms,public,society and the staff of petition.The paper also discusses how to coordinate the conflicts and improve staff quality,etc.
