太原市相对资源承载力与可持续发展研究

Study on Relative Carrying Capacity of Resources and Sustainable Development of Taiyuan

采用相对资源承载力的理论与研究方法,以全国和山西省作为参照区,分别计算了2000—2010年间太原市自然资源承载力、经济资源承载力与综合承载力,并分析了这三者的演变情况。结果显示:①以全国作为参照区,综合资源承载力2000-2003年与2010年处于超载状态,其余年份呈现富余状态;以山西省作为参照区,综合承载力在2000-2009年一直处于富余状态,仅在2010年呈现超载状态。②相对经济资源承载力对综合资源承载力的贡献率远大于相对自然资源承载力,是太原市人口的主要承载资源。通过分析太原市相对承载力存在的问题,对其可持续发展提出对策与建议。

By adopting relative carrying capacity theory and research method and taking nationwide and Shanxi Province as reference areas,this paper calculates carrying capacity of natural resources and economic resources and synthetic carrying capacity of Taiyuan City respectively,and analyzes its dynamic evolution rule from 2000 to 2010. The results shows that:( 1) Taking the nationwide as a reference area,integrated natural resource carrying capacity from 2000 to 2003 and 2010 is in a state of overload,and in other years,it is in a surplus state; taking Shanxi Province as a reference area,comprehensive carrying capacity has always been in surplus from2000 to 2009,and has been in the state of overload only in 2010.( 2) The contribution rate that relative economic resources carrying capacity to comprehensive carrying capacity is much greater than that of the relative carrying capacity of land resources,so relative economic resources carrying capacity is the principal resources to support population of Taiyuan. By analyzing the relative capacity of the existing problems in Taiyuan,its sustainable development countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
