解决灰霾危机需从根本入手

灰霾横行已经危及到人类健康,笔者从我国的能源结构、经济发展方式、城镇化等方面入手,深入分析灰霾形成的深层次原因,提出地方政府必须转变经济发展理念和发展方式,坚持在发展中保护、在保护中发展,用环境保护去优化经济发展,采取行之有效的措施解决这场灰霾危机。

Rampant dust- haze has heavily endangered human health. The author analyzed the deep reasons for formation of the dust- haze from the aspects of energy structure,economic development mode and urbanization in our country,and proposed that the local government must change economic development concepts and modes,insist on environmental protection along with economic development and economic development along with environmental protection and learn to optimize economic development by environmental protection,and finally solves the dust- haze crisis with effective measures.
