摘要
党的十八大强调要把生态文明建设融入经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设各方面和全过程,努力建设美丽中国,实现中华民族永续发展。在资源约束趋紧、环境污染严重、生态系统退化的严峻形势下,加强生态文明建设,既是一个重大发展问题,也是一个重大民生问题。四川城乡环境综合治理为生态文明建设作出了有力诠释,川北小县苍溪深入扎实推进城乡环境综合治理对农村经济社会良好发展进行了成功探索。现以其为例,使用近三年统计数据分析城乡环境综合治理发展情况。
The report of party's 18th congress emphasized the need to integrate the construction of ecological civilization economic construction,political construction,cultural construction,social construction,and strived to build a beautiful China to achieve the sustainable development of the Chinese nation. In the situation of tight resource constraints,serious environmental pollution,ecosystem degradation,we should strengthen the construction of ecological civilization. Sichuan urban and rural environment comprehensive management made a strong interpretation to ecological civilization construction,rural Cangxi county promoted the comprehensive management of urban and explored and social and economic good development. The paper analyzed the development of comprehensive management of urban and rural environment by using statistical data in recent three years.
