摘要
在经济可持续、社会可持续、环境可持续三个基本要求的基础上,结合我国当前城市发展所面临的问题及轨道交通发展的特点,将城市轨道交通的可持续发展解析为安全可靠、环保低碳、智能化以及引导产业发展四个部分,其中安全可靠和低碳环保是发展目标,智能化是必要手段,引导产业发展是重要支撑,分别具体包括大安全及小安全、环境友好及低能耗、智能管理及智能服务、为装备及系统的产业发展提供指引等方面。基于此并结合我国的发展现状提出了我国城市轨道交通未来的发展方向,一方面要完善基础设施网络安全、运营安全评估及风险分析的理论与方法,另一方面要提升通信、信号、新能源、信息等相关技术以及运输装备制造业等相关产业的水平。
Based on the three basic requirements of economic,social and environmental sustainability,this paper explained the urban rail transport system's sustainable development as four aspects: safe and reliable,low- carbon and green,intelligent,and guiding the industry development. Among which,safety and green are the development targets,intelligence is the necessary development method,and capable of guiding the industry development is an important support. According to the requirements and considering the current situation in China,we concluded two directions of development in future. On the one hand,the theory and methodology on the network planning by considering safety,safety assessment and risk analysis should be improved. On the other hand,related technologies,such as communication,signal,new energy,information technology,and related industries,such as equipment manufacturing industry,should be promoted.
