摘要
以第七次森林资源清查的各省区截面数据为基础,本文分析了2004-2008年我国各省区森林资源采伐率的影响因素,结果表明,我国集体林权改革后各地的个人林权比重普遍加大,集体林权比重降低。实证分析的结果表明个人林权比重对森林资源采伐没有显著影响;森林资源权属结构对集体林权比例越低,森林资源采伐也越少。同时,农村人口密度对森林资源采伐有正向的影响。
This paper analyzed the factors affecting harvest rate in 2004- 2008 based on the provincial cross-section data of the seventh national forest resource survey. The results indicate that the share of private forest is increasing. The share of private forest didn't show significant effect on forest harvest,which is different from other countries. However,the proportion of collective forest is lower,the forest harvest rate will be less. Meantime,the rural population density imposes the positive effect on forest harvest rate as well.
