改革直至取消户籍制度是城镇化发展的关键

我国的"城镇化建设"写入了党的十八大报告。工业化、信息化、城镇化、农业现代化,是中国未来发展的方向,是实现我国现代化的基本途径,这"新四化"相互联系、相互促进。城镇化蕴含着巨大的内需潜力,将创造中国经济增长的新引擎;推进城镇化,核心是人的城镇化,关键是提高城镇化质量,目的是造福百姓和富裕农民。城镇化要走集约、节能、生态的新路子,要实现产业发展和城镇建设相融合,让农民工逐步融入城镇,真正分享社会经济发展"中国梦"的成果。为此,城镇化建设必须和发展好"三农"问题结合起来,把符合条件的农民工逐步转为城镇居民,切实解决农民工户籍问题,改革直至取消户籍制度是城镇化发展的关键。

Informationization,industrialization,urbanization,agricultural modernization,is the future direction of China,and is the basic way to realize the modernization of our country. The 'new four modernizations'have mutual connection,mutual promotion. Urbanization,contains a huge potential of domestic demand,and will create the new economic growth engine of China; urbanization,is the core of urbanization; the key of urbanization is to improve the quality of urbanization and to benefit the people and make farmers rich. Urbanization should take a new intensive,energy saving and ecology way,in order to realize the combination of industrial development and urban construction,make migrant workers gradually immigrate into the town,and actually share the social and economic development'Chinese dream'. Therefore,urbanization construction and development must combine'three-rural'problems together,so that migrant workers gradually become urban residents,migrant workers household problems can be solved.
