TVT-O术治疗女性压力性尿失禁的临床疗效分析

Clinical analysis of TVT-O for the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence

目的观察经闭孔经阴道尿道中段悬吊术(TVT-O术)治疗女性压力性尿失禁的疗效,并进行评价分析。方法对2010-2012年湘钢医院泌尿外科收治的18例女性压力性尿失禁病人经临床、尿动力学检查或膀胱尿道造影确诊,均为稳定性膀胱,无膀胱出口梗阻。确诊后行TVT-O手术治疗。结果 15例病人术后拔尿管后尿失禁症状消失,随访6~24个月无复发,2例出现排尿困难,行尿道扩张后症状消失,1例出现急迫性尿失禁口服舍尼亭后好转。结论 TVT-O术操作简便,手术创伤小,手术时间短,并发症少,治愈率高,是治疗女性压力性尿失禁的有效方法。

Objective To observe the curative effect after transobturator vaginal mid-urethral suspension for female stress urinary incontinence,and evaluation.Methods From 2010 to 2012,18 cases of female stress urinary incontinence in Department of Urology,Xiang Gang Hospital were examined by urine dynamics,diagnosed by clinical or cystourethrography,stability without bladder,bladder outlet obstruction.TVT-O operation was performed after final diagnosis.Results Fifteen cases of patients with postoperative urinary incontinence symptoms disappeared after pulling out the catheter,followed up for 6 to 24 months without recurrence.Two cases of dysuria,urethral dilatation symptoms disappeared.One cases of urinary urge incontinence improved after oral tolterodine tartrate.Conclusion TVT-O technique has the advantages of little trauma,short operation time,less complications and high cure rate,which is a simple and effective Methods for treatment of female stress urinary incontinence.
