中西医结合治疗脊髓损伤后排尿功能障碍75例临床应用观察

Combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of urination dysfunction after spinal cord injury

目的观察针灸芒针配合膀胱功能训练治疗脊髓损伤后排尿功能障碍的临床疗效。方法将近年来针灸康复科75例脊髓损伤导致排尿功能障碍的病人随机分为治疗组38例,对照组37例,治疗组用芒针加膀胱功能训练治疗,对照组单独采用膀胱功能训练,两组治疗前后用疗效评定量表判定疗效。结果治疗组38例,治愈7例,显效11例,好转5例,无效2例,总有效率92.1%,疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论针灸芒针加膀胱功能训练治疗脊髓损伤后排尿功能障碍较对照组具有更好的临床疗效(P<0.05),值得临床推广使用。

Objective To observe of bladder function training and awn needle acupuncture for the treatment of clinical curative effect of urination dysfunction after spinal cord injury.Methods A total of 75 cases of spinal cord injury Results in voiding dysfunction were randomLy divided into treatment group(38 cases) and control group(37 cases).The treatment group was treated with awn needle with bladder function training and the control group with bladder function training alone.The rating scale was used to evaluate the curative effect between two groups during perioperative period. Results In treatment group,7 cases were cured,11 cases had marked effect,5 cases were improved,2 cases had no effect.The total effective rate was 92.1%.The curative effect is better than that of control group(P< 0.01).Conclusion Awn needle acupuncture plus urination dysfunction after spinal cord injury bladder function training treatment has better clinical curative effect than the control group(P<0.05),which is worth of clinical popularizing.
