传统控制血糖功能食品的研发动向

摘要 糖尿病是一种常见病、多发病。我国糖尿病协会报道患者有5 000人万以上。在三高症中,糖尿病是一种终身病,至今国际上尚无治愈的良方。糖尿病分Ⅰ型糖尿病和Ⅱ型糖尿病。其中Ⅰ型糖尿病多发生于青少年,其胰岛素分泌缺乏,必须依赖胰岛素治疗维持生命。Ⅱ型糖尿病多见于30岁以后中、老年人,其胰岛素的分泌量并不低,甚至还偏高,病因主要是机体对胰岛素不敏感(即胰岛素抵抗)。本文仅就不升血糖(控制血糖)和降血糖的功能食品作一介绍,仅供参考。 Diabetes is a common disease China's Association reported that patients with more than 5,0 000 000 people. In three heights,although the number of diabetes is not much,but it is a lifelong disease,so far the international community is no cure recipe. Diabetes type Ⅰ diabetes and type Ⅱ diabetes. Type Ⅰ diabetes occur in young people,their lack of insulin secretion,we must rely on insulin treatment to sustain life. TypeⅡdiabetes is more common after the age of 30,the elderly,the amount of insulin secretion is not low even the high,the main cause of the body is not sensitive to insulin( insulin resistance). This is paper introduce decresasing glucose system and lowering blood functional foods.
