混凝土和钢筋混凝土冲击试验的数值模拟 被引量:2

摘要 运用有限元前处理软件TRUEGRID,建立混凝土及钢筋混凝土材料轻气炮试验有限元模型,用ANSYS/LS-DYNA3D有限元软件数值模拟了在200m/s-500m/s不同速度下飞片撞击混凝土及钢筋混凝土靶板的过程.通过比较数值模拟结果和试验结果可知,利用有限元前处理软件TRUEGRID建立的有限元模型,并利用LS-DYNA有限元程序数值模拟混凝土和钢筋混凝土材料轻气炮试验的动态破坏过程是合理可行的,所选用的计算单元、材料模型、计算方法和破坏准则等能较准确地反映混凝土及钢筋混凝土材料在冲击条件下的破坏过程.数值模拟结果能为将来的试验、理论分析和工程应用提供重要的指导作用. The former handled software TRUEGRID was used to establish finite element model of concrete and reinforced concrete material for light gas gun experiments.The experiments of concrete and reinforced concrete were simulated by finite element code ANSYS/LS-DYNA3D.In addition,the dynamic breakage of concrete and the reinforced concrete was discussed.Through comparing numerical simulation results with experimental results,we found that finite models built by former handled software TRUEGRID and selected computational element,material model,calculate way,destroy standard are rational and feasible.They can well describe dynamic destroy procession of the concrete and reinforced concrete under impact load.The numerical simulation's results can offer some guidance to future experiments.And,they can be important instructor of theoretical analysis and engineering application.
