摘要
动态负压射孔技术是一种新的射孔技术,可改善孔道周围的渗透情况,达到解除射孔污染、降低射孔表皮压实效应,从而达到提高产出和注入量的目的.论文通过建立模拟动态负压过程的理论模型,并用试验进行了验证.利用基于该理论模型的动态负压射孔软件,进一步计算了动态负压射孔技术中各工艺参数对动态负压的影响.计算结果表明:减小射孔枪孔密、增长负压枪长度、减少负压开孔弹数量和增大完井液密度,可以增大动态负压值和延长动态负压持续时间.
Dynamic underbalanced perforating technology is a new perforation technique,which can improve the penetration of the pore around to achieve the lifting of the perforation pollution and reduce the perforating epidermis compaction effect,so as to increase output and the injection volume.Through setting up theoretical model of the dynamic vacuum process,this paper has a research on the design parameters on the dynamic negative pressure in the dynamic underbalanced perforating,and verified by experiment.The calculation results show the dynamic negative pressure can be increased and its duration can be extended by decreasing hole density of perforating gun,increasing the length of negative pressure gun,reducing the number of negative opening bomb,or increases density of completion fluid.
