摘要
《广西北部湾经济区国土规划(2011-2030年)》是全国新一轮国土规划编制中第一个经济区国土规划。该规划以区域国土资源承载力评价为基础依据,贯彻区域合作、城乡统筹等重大战略思想,创新性地对国土空间进行了类型划分,统筹安排"海、陆、边"国土空间的发展,为我国新时期国土规划编制提供了参考和借鉴。
'Territorial Planning Formulation in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic(2011-2030)' is the first case in China's new territorial planning. This plan bases on the resources carrying capacity evolution, follows the thought of regional cooperation and urban, rural overall development, do a type division to the space of national land, development the sea, land and boundary.
