城市公共开放空间是公众休闲、游憩和交往的重要场所,也是城市公共利益和风貌特色的重要组成部分。城市公共开放空间对居民形成对城市的认同感,提高公众素质,培育市民社会精神,促进和谐建设,均具有重要的现实意义。研究在分析国内外公共开放空间规划建设案例的基础上,提出公共开放空间的规划理念和构成体系,进而介绍了基于公共开放空间构建的宁波市慈城新区中横河西侧区块控制性详细规划。

Urban public open space is an important space for people to enjoy their leisure time, undertake recreation, and to have social contacts, and also is an important part of the urban public interests and the urban features and characteristics. It has great practical significance for the formation of the social identity of the residents and to raise public quality, nurturing the spirit of civil society, promoting the building of a harmonious. Based on the research of China and abroad, a new planning concept and constitution of the public open space is proposed. And then, the paper introduces the regulatory plan of Zhonghenghe west side of Cicheng new area which based on the public open space design.
