伴随着经济社会的转型,我国城乡空间进入了加速重构的关键期,城镇化进程中的乡村空间重构成为了当前我国现代化的重要命题。各地陆续开展了村庄布点规划的编制工作,但一些地区一味追求农民的集聚,仅仅自上而下地主观确定几个保留村,这种指令性的做法带来了群众抱怨规划建设不切实际、"好看不好用"等问题,规划实施难度较大。研究从金坛市村庄布点规划编制过程中所采取的村民问卷调研入手,分析农民个人及家庭情况、住房情况、设施及人居环境情况、生活和生产意愿,总结当前农民生产生活方式产生的变化,为编制尊重农民利益、符合农民意愿的规划方案打下基础。

The village spatial restructure has been an important problem in China's modern development. There are lots of villages have planned the site layout, but some plans only emphasize the population gather and keep some villages. These plans have caused the unrealistic problem. The paper take Jintan as example, analyzes villagers' families, houses, facility, environment, wish of live and work, summarizes the change in the live and work styles, makes a preparation to the village plan.
