摘要
工作本身对员工的激励作用已经被很多理论和实践验证.将以研发团队成员作为研究对象,首先从工作设计的基本理论入手,提出适合于研发团队成员特点的工作特征模型;然后在此模型的基础上进行参数设计,运用委托代理理论构建企业对员工实施工作设计激励的数学模型;最后通过对模型的求解和分析,从工作设计激励研发团队成员的角度提出了相关对策和建议.
It has been verified that work itself is an incentive for their employees. This paper uses R & D team members for study. First, it starts from the basic theory of job design, proposes a job characteristic model suitable for the characteristics of R & D team members. Then the paper designs parameters on the basis of this model, and constructs a mathematical model. Finally, through the analysis of the model, the paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions.
