摘要 从创编趣味性田径练习入手,采用趣味性田径教学方法进行教学实验研究.结果表明,在中学田径教学中运用趣味性田径教学方法是可行的、行之有效的;趣味性田径教学不仅可以提高体育课的练习密度,而且能激发学生对田径课的兴趣,让学生在体育课中体验田径运动的乐趣;与中学传统田径教学相比,效果明显. Starting from the creation of interest track and field, this thesis holds that by adopting interest teaching methods, students can form a relatively high interest and fancy in the Interest-Oriented Track and Field Teaching. To testify the effectiveness and feasibility of this teaching method, we put it into the practice of the P.E in middle school. The results of the research show that it is effective and feasible to introduce interesting teaching methods to the TFT in middle school.; It can not only increase capacity of physical exercise in class, but can also arouse students' interest in TFT and it is of remarkable efficiency, compared with the traditional teaching.
