摘要
"微博反腐"在反腐的道路上大放异彩,且有宪法理论的支撑,但是它不可能成为制度反腐的替代措施。"微博反腐"在释放"正能量"的同时,其缺陷也日益凸显。制度化才是"微博反腐"的归宿,信息时代,技术和体制形成反腐合力是"微博反腐"的必由之路。
Microblog anti-corruption shines in anti-corruption with the support of constitutional theory,but it is not likely to be the institutional anti-corruption alternative measure. While microblog corruption releases the positive energy,the defects are also loom large. Institionalization is the microblog anti-corruption destination. The combination of the information age,technology and system is the only road to the anti-corruption.
