On Co-teaching Between Chinese and Foreign English Teachers in English Public Speaking Class

中外教师合作教学模式是英语教学改革的一种实践探索。以大学英语选修课程英语演讲与表达为例,试点实践完成相应的合作教学过程。通过对非英语专业学生的英语演讲与表达课程的教学过程和教学环节进行研究,并结合与外籍教师进行合作教学的实践,对演讲教学中外教师合作教学模式的应用进行了深入的研究。

It is an experimental teaching practice of the cooperative teaching mode between Chinese and foreign English teachers. The co-teaching process has been accomplished in teaching English Public Speaking as an elective college English course for non-English major students. The co-teaching mode and procedure in the English Public Speaking class have been examined for more cooperation between Chinese and foreign English teachers in the future.
