摘要
针对高速盘拉系统在运行过程中位置检测具有滞后性的缺陷,提出一种新的检测装置,即通过使用平行调制光作为检测工具,运用DSP(数字信号处理)作为处理器判断正确的位置信号,实时输出位置对应的模拟量.通过实验证明,整个检测过程仅需100ms,减少了位置检测的时间,很好地解决了管材的位置检测滞后问题,大幅提高了高速盘拉系统的性能.
Aiming to the delay of the position detection during the operation of the high-speed coilingpulling system,a new detection instrument with the parallel modulated light was presented in this paper.Digital signal processing(DSP)was used as the processor to judge the correct position,which can be output in time as an analog signal.Through the experiment,the entire position detection only spends 100ms,which is greatly reduced.This instrument solves the delaying problem of position detection well and greatly improves the performance of the high-speed coiling-pulling system.
