摘要
以居住建筑为例,通过对国标《绿色建筑评价标准》(GB/T 50378-2006)进行分析认为:现有的绿色建筑评价指标体系没有能够从资源消耗角度充分地反映不同星级绿色建筑的要求。指出必须建立以资源消耗量为基础的绿色建筑评价指标体系,真正引导资源流向。
This paper takes residential building as an example and analyzes the 'evaluation standard for green building(GB/ T 50378-2006)'. It considers that the requirements of green buildings in different star level under the existing green building evaluation index system cannot the perspective of resource consumption. The analysis points out that an improved green building evaluation index system based on resource consumption should be created to truly guide the low of resources.
