摘要
综合运用层次分析法、德尔菲法和熵值法,建立了近现代建筑遗产价值评估体系的层次结构模型,确定了近现代建筑遗产价值评估中各分项指标的权重。根据权重分配结果,指出在近现代建筑遗产价值评估中,应重点评估建筑遗产的艺术价值和历史价值。
In this paper, AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method, Delphi method and Entropy method are integrally used to set up the hierarchical model of the assessment system, and the weight coeicient of evaluation indicators. It reveals that emphases should be placed on the artistic and historical values of modern architectural heritages when evaluating the overall value of those heritages.
