2011—2012年虹桥社区门诊监测伤害病例分析

Case Analysis of Injury Surveillance in Outpatient of Hongqiao Community in 2011-2012

目的了解2011—2012年上海市闵行区虹桥社区卫生服务中心门诊监测的伤害病例分布特征,为制定该社区伤害预防控制策略提供依据。方法收集分析2011—2012年上海市闵行区虹桥社区卫生服务中心门诊伤害监测报告病例,采用上海市统一的报告卡填报。结果共收集有效病例635例,男性病例多于女性,2年间男女性别比分别为2.12︰1和1.06︰1。伤害发生原因构成居前3位的依次为:刀/锐器伤(36.06%)、异物效应(13.54%)以及跌倒坠落(13.07%);伤害发生地点主要为家里(36.06%)、街道公路(18.43%)和工业建筑场所(14.02%);伤害发生时的主要活动为家务/学习(31.97%)、有偿工作(31.65%)、休闲活动(21.26%);伤害受伤人群的户籍为本区(42.2%)、本市外区(8.66%)、外省市(48.5%);伤害病例以非故意伤害(99.05%)为主;伤害发生的高峰时间为07:00-10:00。结论该社区伤害监测病例中男性多于女性,主要伤害原因为刀/锐器伤、异物效应、跌倒坠落,受伤人群主要是外省市及本区居民,以非故意伤害为主。

Objective To investigate the characteristics of injury in Hongqiao Community Health Center,and to provide evidence for strategies of injury prevention and control.Methods The investigation was made on the basis of reported injury cases in Hongqiao Community Health Center during 2011-2012,and the unified report format of Shanghai was used.Results A total of 635 injury cases were included in the analysis.There were more male cases than the female ones.The ratio of male to female in the two years was 2.12:1 and 1.06:1 respectively.The first 3 injury causes were as follow: sharp instrument(36.06%),mechanical force of object/instrument(13.54%) and falling down(13.07%).The injuries mainly occurred in home(36.06%),on road/street(18.43%) and industrial sites(14.02%) in daily life activities(31.97%),paid work(31.65%),and recreation activities(21.26%).About 42.20% of the injurers were inhabitants of local district,8.66% were from other districts in Shanghai,and 48.6% were from other provinces.Most injury cases were unintentional(99.05%) and mainly occurred between 7 am and 10 am.Conclusion More injuries occurred in males than in females.The major injury causes were sharp instrument,mechanical force of object/instrument,and falling down.Most injuries were unintentional.
