2012年合肥市蜀山区居民健康素养调查

Survey on the Health Literacy of Residents in Shushan District of Hefei,2012

目的了解合肥市蜀山区居民的健康素养现状,为探索社区健康素养促进工作方法提供依据。方法采用问卷调查的方法,对155名居民进行调查,内容包括健康基本知识和理念、生活方式和行为以及健康技能3个方面。结果共收集有效问卷150份,健康基本知识和理念的总知晓率为72.0%,生活方式与行为的知晓率为63.5%,健康技能的知晓率为79.1%。结论居民基本卫生防病知识的知晓率较低,基本卫生防病行为的形成率较好。应该合理设置干预的内容及对重点人群进行针对性的干预,争取效果的最大化。

Objective To explore the current health literacy of residents in Shushan District in Hefei,so as to provide a basis for promoting health literacy in communities.Methods A total of 155 residents were investigated with questionnaires on three aspects of health knowledge and behaviors.Results A total of 150 questionnaires were collected.The rate of general health knowledge and ideas was 72.0%,the knowledge rate of the living style and behavior was 63.5%,and the knowledge rate of health skills was 79.1%.Conclusion The basic health knowledge rate is low,and the basic formation rate of health behaviors in preventing illness is good.Prevention aiming at the key population should be conducted with reasonable prevention content,so as to optimize the effect.
