脑卒中患者肢体早期功能锻炼对生活能力的影响

Effect of Early Functional Exercise with Limb on Cerebral Stroke Patients' Living Ability

目的通过观察脑卒中偏瘫患者的早期康复训练效果,探讨康复训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者的生活能力(ADL)和生活质量的影响。方法将在某社区卫生服务中心接受康复治疗的120例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为干预组(60例)和对照组(60例)。对干预组患者制定系统的肢体康复训练,进行综合康复护理;对照组患者给予常规治疗和一般临床护理。对两组的Barthel指数进行比较。结果干预后,早期介入康复护理的干预组的Barthel指数(37.8±7.4)较对照组(20.1±7.6)明显提高(P<0.05)。结论早期给予康复护理干预可以明显改善脑卒中患者的肢体功能,对脑卒中偏瘫患者进行早期康复训练可减轻患者偏瘫肢体的加重,并对提高患者日常生活能力起到非常重要的作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation training on stroke patients with hemiplegia life ability(ADL) and the effect on their life quality.Methods By random sampling method,60 cases of stroke were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group.The patients in the observation group were given routine nursing care and rehabilitation training with systematic and comprehensive rehabilitation nursing.Meanwhile the patients in the control group were given the routine therapy and nursing care.Results After intervention,The Barthel index of observation group with the early rehabilitation nursing(37.8±7.4) was higher than the index(20.1±7.6) of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing intervention can significantly improve stroke patients with limb function.For stroke patients with hemiplegia,early rehabilitation training relieves patients of hemiplegia aggravation and plays a very important role to improve patients' ability of daily life.
