摘要
家庭医生签约制工作目标是建立社区人群健康综合管理体系,建立居民健康档案是评价家庭医生签约工作的重要依据。本文通过对建档中存在的问题和对策进行探讨,以保证健康档案成功、有效的建立。
The aim of family doctor contract system is to establish the community's system of health and integrated management.Residents' healthy record is the important reference to evaluate the family doctors' signing work.This paper discussed the problems and countermeasures during the work of healthy records so as to ensure its success and effectiveness.
