论紧缺学科教师在职培训模式的构建——基于广州农村地区紧缺学科教师培训调查的思考

摘要 紧缺学科教师在职培训是改善农村地区部分学科薄弱、教师匮乏、整体教学水平不高等现状的主要途径,但从实际效果看,其针对性不强,具有明显的局限性。通过对广州市农村地区紧缺学科教师培训调查的分析发现,坚持分层分类培训、按需设置培训课程、多元整合培训方式的原则,构建专家引领、同伴互助和自我反思等具有针对性、实效性的在职培训模式,是提高培训质量的有效路径。 In-service training for shortage subjects is a way to improving teaching proficiency by changing the imbalance of disciplines and shortage of teachers in rural areas.Investigation into the rural areas of Guangzhou city shows that the effect of teachers' in-service training is far from satisfactory.Research suggests that multi-training principles and the integrated in-service training mode are the routes the successful teachers' in-service training for shortage subjects in rural areas.
