大学课堂学生消极行为的成因与对策

An Analysis of the Causes of College Students' Negative Classroom Behaviours and Their Countermeasures

在现代社会诸多因素的影响下,当代大学生在课堂上易产生各种消极行为。通过实际调查发现,在有限的一学期内,大学生在课堂上所表现出的消极行为形式多、频度高。究其成因,大致有如下几方面:大学生对自我需求的认知尚存偏差,且发展目光尚浅,缺乏全球化的发展视野;受当代社会发展的多元化、信息化等方面的影响,导致学生自身产生多元价值取向,迷失正确的人生发展方向;高等教育在自身的发展中存在问题。对此,只有从学生、教师、学校管理等各种层面加以改善,特别是教师基本素质与教学设计能力的真正加强,才能有效预防、转化或消除大学生的课堂消极行为,切实提高大学课堂教学的质量。

Nowadays,College students are apt to behave negatively in class.One-semester investigation has found that high variation and high frequency are the main features of students' negative behaviors.Students' poor in understanding themselves,lacking the vision of development and globalization are the main causes.Other reasons include students' loss in life goals,the bias in the development of higher education itself.Measures should be taken to arouse the interests of students in their full involvement in class activities and improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching.
