A Study on Quality Education in Vocational Schools

全面推进素质教育是当前教育改革与发展的主题。中等职业学校实施素质教育是社会发展和现代化的需要,也是培养中等职业生全面素质,促进个体成才的需要,更是中等职业教育自身发展的客观需要。全面推进中等职业学校的素质教育,在宏观上离不开政府的支持,在微观上需要学校和教师转变教育观念,将素质教育的先进理念与学校具体情况相结合,将长远目标和阶段性目标相结合,制定一个循序渐进、层递上升、动态发展的实施计划。

Quality education is the theme of the current education reform and development.Quality education in Vocational Schools concerns the development and modernization of society,the personal development of vocational students and the internal development of vocational education.The successful implementation of quality education needs the support of the government and the change of educational ideology of both schools and teachers as well.Localization is one step which requires the combination of both advanced educational concepts with the real situation in different schools.Based on series of objectives and goals,more detailed procedures should be established to the successful development of quality education in vocational schools.
