中国传统“师道”及其对构建新型师生关系的启示

摘要 尊师重道是中华民族的优良传统,师道也在历史的长河中得到不断发展。传统师道蕴含着丰富的内容,简单从师智、师法、师职三个方面来说,就对教师的专业知识、专业技能、道德素养提出了很高的要求。以现代人的眼光去解读传统师道,并剖析师道背后所隐含的传统师生关系,在传统师道关系中取其精华,去其糟粕,对现代社会背景下的新型师生关系有着积极的意义。 Respect for teachers is a fine tradition of the Chinese nation and the teacher doctrine is moving forward along the course of history.Traditional Chinese teacher doctrine is the highest criterion for a person being a teacher.The general terms in the doctrine include teacher's knowledge,teaching methods and teaching morality,which can be valued as the highest qualities that a teacher should pursue.The dialectical interpretation of traditional doctrine,especially the underlined teacher-student relationship will help build new positive teacher-student relationship in modern society.
