大学生学校幸福感研究综述

A Research Review on College Students' School Well-being

幸福一直是人们所关注的话题,在中国构建和谐社会这一大的社会背景之下,人们也更加关注社会精英群体大学生的主观幸福体验。而学校作为学生生活和学习的重要场所,对学生的影响不言而喻,因此对大学生学校幸福感的关注也成为了一种趋势。通过对学校幸福感的来源、概念以及学校幸福感与主观幸福感之间关系的研究,并对国内外学校幸福感的研究现状进行梳理,发现就现有研究来看,影响大学生学校幸福感的主客观因素包括人格、自尊、情绪智力、社会支持以及家庭经济背景等。目前,大学生学校幸福感研究还存在一些问题,如相关概念的完整性、测量方法上的缺陷等。

Happiness is a much-talked-about topic.Subjective happiness experience of social elite group of college students has attracted more attention under current harmonious society construction.University,the important arena for students,is of vital importance for the development of students and college students' school well-being is of the prominent concern in nowadays society.After a brief introduction to the origins,concepts and the relations between school well-being and subjective well-being and the general review of current studies on the topic at home and abroad,this paper draws the conclusions concerning college students' school well-being.Personality,self-esteem,emotion and intelligence,social support and family economic background are the main factors influencing students' school well-being objectively and subjectively.Research review also found that school well-being research itself is far from satisfactory.The incompleteness of the term defining and the imperfectness of measuring methods are some of the examples.
