摘要
以人为本是我国教育管理改革发展的必然趋势。以人为本的教育管理主要包含如下几方面的含义:管理就是服务;提高教师和学生的工作、学习和生活的条件;实行人性化的管理。这不仅是教育理念,更应该是教育实践。
People-orientation is a concept that guides the development of educational management in China.Management as service,improving the working,learning and living conditions of teachers and students and humane management are the main content of People-oriented management.Such concept of management is the reflection of educational ideology as well as the revelation of educational practice.
