关于教研员专业发展的几点思考

Some Reflections On the Professional development of Teaching Instructors in China

摘要 在新的形势和新的任务下,教研员的专业发展面临着挑战。目前,我国教研员专业发展中存在一些问题,诸如对教师的指导缺乏有效方法,专业素养和自身发展有缺陷等,因此,需要进一步丰富教研员的经验,教研员应了解一线教师的业务需求;提升引领能力,促进其专业向更高层次发展,进行更高层次的探索。 New situation and new tasks propose new challenges to the professional development of teaching instructors in nowadays China.Lacking guidance to teachers,imperfect in professional literacy and in self-development are the main problems that hinder the professional development of teaching instructors.To solve the problems,the instructors should take measures to learn a lot,understand the needs of general teachers,improve their leading abilities and promote their self-development.
