论中学历史教师实施心理健康教育的途径

摘要 在学科教学中渗透心理健康教育是对学生进行心理教育的重要途径。当代的中学生,在父母的溺爱下易形成以自我为中心的价值观,并易出现优柔寡断、虎头蛇尾、自制力差和青春期闭锁等现象。历史教师必须不断改进教学方法,提高自身素质,充分利用历史学科教材内容的优势,在教学中培养学生健康的心理和健全的人格。 Mental health education in each school subject is one part of students' psychological education.The nowadays middle school students,termed as the spoiled children,are considered to be self-centered.Other problems related are slow in making decision,weak in discipline and persistence and lack in the desire to communicate with others.History is a subject with its unique advantages in helping students solving psychological problems.It is suggested that history teachers should make use of history teaching materials in addition to changing teaching methods to help students in their formation of healthy psychology and healthy personality.
