摘要 长期以来,幼儿教师实际上成为女性独有的一种职业,这是一个历史性的、世界性的普遍现象。对此,应从女性的地位、幼儿教育的社会形象、社会对职业划分的传统观念等视角对此进行理性分析。其实,幼儿教师性别单一化并不必然导致"男孩女性化"。女性地位的提升,社会对幼儿教育价值的认识,幼儿教师地位的提升,才是促进幼儿教师性别均衡的根本,才能真正改变女性幼教人员占据绝大多数的局面。 For a long time,preschool teachers have become a female occupation and this is a historic,universal phenomenon.We should analyze the phenomenon from the perspective of the status of female,the social image of preschool education,and the traditional view on the occupation classification. In fact,the gender simplification doesn't necessarily lead to the feminization of boys. The promotion of female status,the social recognition of the value of preschool education,as well as the promotion of preschool teachers' social status,will make great contribution to promote preschool teacher's gender balance. It will also really change the situation of predominant female teachers in preschool education system.
