摘要
师范专业基层学术组织决定着师范生和中学教师的职业素养,进而决定着中学的改革与发展。高等师范院校师范专业基层学术组织的创新,进一步优化组织的结构和功能,有利于提升教师和师范生教学技能与教研水平。
The basic academic organization for normal speciality has great impact on the normal college students' and the middle school teachers' professional literacy,which may further decide on the success of middle school reform and development.The innovation of basic academic organization by optimizing its structures and functions may lend support to improve the teaching and researching abilities of normal school students and the future middle school teachers.
