应用高功率固体激光器的先进焊接技术

摘要 现代制造业对于表面质量和焊接强度的要求越来越高,作为一种新的趋势,在汽车制造、造船等不同工业领域内,激光焊接的应用正在变得越来越受欢迎。本文将对最新的高功率固体激光器TruDisk和TruDiode以及它们在焊接上的应用案例进行概括性的介绍,同时将介绍一些具体激光焊接工艺,比如远程焊接、激光复合焊接等。其中,最新的碟片式激光器TruDisk已经进入6C时代,最新的半导体激光器TruDiode可实现从150~6000W的功率选择。这些新技术都带给激光使用者更广泛的应用领域。通快集团作为工业激光的世界领导者,在这一领域已经发展了超过40年。通快制造的激光器在工业上的应用包括切割、焊接、打标、注塑和成形等,应用到汽车、航空、金属薄板制造、消费电子产品、医疗设备制造、光伏电池、铸型和压模等众多工业领域。 The requirement of weld strength and appearance quality of modern manufacturing industry is getting higher and higher, as a new trend, laser welding application in different field including automotive industry, shipyard industry will be more popular. The presentation will give an overview and application samples of welding technologies with the new TruDisk/TruDiode High-Power lasers, e.g. scanner welding, hybrid-welding etc. Importantly, the new disk laser come to 6C generation, and new diode laser reach its power outputs of 150 to 6 000 W. These innovations will guide laser user into a wider application field. TRUMPF as world leader for industrial laser, working since over 40 years in these field, The application of TRUMPF lasers in industry involves cutting, welding, marking and forming in the field of automobile, aviation, sheet metal manufacturing, consumptive electronics, medical equipments manufacturing, PV cell, casting and moulding.
