摘要
现代档案管理已经从传统手工模式全面转向电子化模式,利用计算机技术和网络技术成功实现了档案管理的自动化,在技术上实现突破以后,观念也要随之转变,只有全面发展技术、管理、人员等各个环节,才能实现让档案管理更好的为企事业单位服务这一目的。
The extensive use of computer and internet has transformed traditional manual archive management into an electronic, automatic operation with satisfactory performance. It is proposed that the technological breakthrough should give rise to new idea about archive management, namely, archive should be managed in the best service to enterprises and public institutions only after an all-round development in technology, management and human resources.
