Therefore, the land-use planning is important significance and role in socialism modernize build of China. As land-use planning is based on information technology, the importance of land-use planning database is aware gradually. This paper mainly discusses the important role of the overall land-use planning as well as the significance to establish the database which is based on land-use planning of information technology.
