新创战略性新兴企业“X低效率”的影响因素及其实证研究——以湘南新创战略性新兴智能物流价值网络企业为例

Influencing factors of strategic emerging enterprises' “X Low Efficiency” and their empirical research——An example of strategic emerging intelligent logistics value network enterprises in the south of Hunan

战略性新兴企业绩效是战略性新兴企业成长的基础,研究战略性新兴企业绩效问题是战略性新兴企业研究永恒的主题。本文认为,产生"X低效率"的因素除了莱宾斯坦所列人的动机与组织结构之外,还包括员工心理契约违背、人的认知偏差等因素,本文以新创战略性新兴智能物流价值网络企业为例,分别从战略性新兴产业特征、战略性新兴企业网络组织结构,以及战略性新兴企业员工心理契约违背的视角,具体分析了这些因素影响新创战略性新兴企业"X低效率"的机理,并提出了规避新创战略性新兴企业"X低效率"的各种对策,从而为我国战略性新兴企业的发展提供理论基础和方法指导。

Strategic emerging enterprises performance is the growth foundation of such enterprises and it is an eternal theme to study the performance of emerging strategic enterprises. This paper argues that the factors producing'X Low Efficiency'include not only the motivation and organizational structure Eisenstein listed,but also the psychological contract breach,human cognitive biases,and other factors. Based on emerging strategic intelligence logistics value network enterprises,this paper provide a detailed analysis of the impact of these factors in creating a new strategic emerging enterprises' 'X low efficiency'mechanism from the characteristics of strategic and emerging industries,strategic emerging enterprise network organizational structure,as well as emerging strategic perspective employees psychological contract violation,thus providing a theoretical basis and methodical guidance for the development of strategic emerging enterprises in China.
