文章通过理论和实证分析了"知识的选择性披露"的知识分享战略给企业和社会带来的利益,从产学研合作及组织外部知识共享环境营造两个角度提出了激励企业选择"知识的选择性披露"战略提升区域创新能力的措施。

This paper analyzes how enterprises and the society benefit from a knowledge- sharing strategy: 'the selective revealing of knowledge'. From the perspective of cooperation among Industry,University and Academy and creating knowledge- sharing environment outside the organization,the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to motivate enterprises to choose'selective revealing of knowledge'strategy so as to enhance regional innovation capability.
