摘要
科技投入与区域经济水平既相互促进,又相互制约。二者的协调发展对于国家和地区的科技、经济发展具有重大意义。国家科技政策的实施和资源配置的协调是以地区为依托的。本文在分析我国科技投入与整体经济总量数据趋势及相关关系的基础上,对我国31个省级行政区科技投入与区域经济发展水平的相关性进行分析;然后通过聚类分析方法探究科技投入与区域经济发展水平的匹配度,并依据分析结果将我国31个省级行政区域划分为4个类别,以期对区域科技资源配置的政策制订提供参考。
Sci- tech Input and regional economic level promote and restrain each other. Their coordination is significant for national and regional development in fields of science and technology and economy. Meanwhile,the implementation of the national science and technology policy and the coordination of resource allocation are supported by every regional component. Based on an overview analysis of the sci- tech Input and economic level at a macro perspective,this paper measures the correlation between sci- tech Input and regional economy in China's 31 provincial- level administrative regions. Then the paper explores the matching degree between Sci- tech Input and regional economy by applying the method of cluster analysis. Depending on the results of matching degree,the administrative regions are divided into four categories. Conclusions are proposed at the end,hoping to provide some references for making policy to allocation of regional sci- tech resources.
