国际创新型企业科技人才系统培养经验借鉴——基于美国、德国、韩国的研究 被引量:24

摘要 面对国际环境的巨大变化,我国企业转型升级需要大量创新型企业科技人才。而创新型科技人才需要系统的培养,需要政产学联合培养人才。通过借鉴美国、德国、韩国在高校、企业和政府三方面经验,提出相应的借鉴建议,包括为创新型科技人才的培养提供政策支持、完善创新型人才教育体制、发挥企业在创新型人才培养中的主体作用三方面。 Faced with the changes of international environment,China's transformation and upgrading of enterprises needs a lot of innovative science and technology professionals,who need systematic training,which relates to the subject of education,the others which use talents,policy makers. By reference for experience on education,business and government in America,Germany,South Korea and using the method of system analysis,we summarized the main features of them,and then put forward the corresponding policy advice,which include providing the policy support for the cultivation of innovative technology talents,improving education system of the innovative talents,playing the role of enterprises in the training of innovative talents,in order to provide reference for the systematic training of innovative science and technology professionals of China.
