摘要
创新型城市建设是创新型国家建设的重要内容,是实现城市创新驱动的发展方式的重要举措。本文通过对海淀区创新型城市建设模式的分析,提出海淀区创新型城市建设模式是政府自上而下的推动和市场自下而上的拉动相结合的模式,是一种混合模式或双轮驱动模式。
The building of Innovative cities,which is an important part of building an innovative country,is a key move to achieve urban innovation- driven development mode. Based on the analysis of Haidian District's innovative city construction mode,the article proposes that the Haidian mode is a two wheel- driven mode or mixed mode combining government 'top-down'pushing mode and market'down- up'pulling mode.
