Theoretical framework of innovation quality: Concept,connotation and characteristics

科学和技术的发展既能为人类社会带来福音也会带来灾难,其关键在于科学技术的质量。对质量的需求不仅适用于产品生产过程,也适用于创新的过程,创新质量因此进入研究者的视线。本文在对国外相关文献梳理基础上,通过对创新、质量概念发展与演变的分析,提出了创新质量概念、内涵及特点。

The development of science and technology can not only bring bliss to the human society,but also bring disasters,and the key lies in the quality of science and technology. The quality requirement is applicable to the production process,and the process is also applicable to innovation,so the innovation quality comes into the researcher's sight. Based on relevant foreign literatures,and by means of analysis of the concept of innovation,quality of development and evolution,this paper puts forward the concept of innovation,quality concept and characteristics.
