行业异质性、网络布局结构与逆向技术溢出——基于中国创新型企业面板数据的实证检验

Industry heterogeneity,layout of global network and reverse technology spillovers——An empirical test of Chinese innovative enterprises panel data

本文利用2008-2011年中国创新型制造业企业的面板数据,结合多元回归和调节模型实证检验企业国际化行为与逆向溢出,以及全球网络布局和行业异质性对二者关系的调节。发现东道国研发资本与企业创新能力正相关;国际化深度正向调节二者的关系;国际化广度负向不显著地调节;行业技术机会增强国际化深度的调节作用。本文的研究结论有助于形成"企业—行业—网络结构"三元决定论的中国企业国际化逆向溢出新的理论体系。

Employing the Chinese innovative enterprises Panel Data over the period of 2008- 2011,this paper uses multiple regression and moderating models to test whether the internationalizationof enterprises generate reverse technology spillover effects, characteristics of global network and the industry heterogeneitymoderation. We found the enterprises' innovation capacity has a positive relationship with the R&D of host countries; depth of internationalization plays a significantly positive moderating role while the breadth of internationalization makes an insignificantly negative moderating role,and industry technology opportunities can strengthen the role of depth of internationalization. These conclusions are contributive to the new theoreticalframework of Chinese enterprises reverse technology spillovers of three- determinism,that is,'firm- industry- network structure'.
