米巴赫搭接焊机搭接台双边伺服控制设计

摘要 介绍宝钢股份冷轧厂1550热镀锌C208机组米巴赫搭接焊机电气系统改造方案,主要阐述影响焊接质量工艺参数的搭接量的伺服控制原理。通过理论与实际的对比,证明此搭接台伺服控制系统的准确性较高。通过保证搭接量定位控制精度,来保证焊缝质量,从而保证了产品质量,有效提高了产品的成品率。 Through the introduction of the Electric transformation plan of the Miebach’s lab welder which is in C208 unit of 1550 CGL of BaoSteel,this paper has been mainly expounded the servo control principle of the influence the quality of welding process parameters of lap amount.Through the contrast of theory and practice,the accuracy of the servo control system has been proved.The lap quantity positioning control precision has been guaranteed,so this system is able to ensure welding quality,and then ensure product quality and improve the yield of the product.
